促醫療整合 副總統：有助改善醫界福利

新聞描述: （中央社記者張茗喧台北21日電）副總統陳建仁今天表示，推動各級醫療院所整合，不僅可打造以病人為中心的醫療體系，因應高齡社會需要，醫事人員也能有適當休息與收入，是蔡總統關心的一大重點。

台大醫院、台北市立聯合醫院今天舉辦「聰明就醫、醫療銜接與垂直整合」研討會，副總統陳建仁與會表達支持。

陳副總統致詞時先是追念起已故台灣大學醫學院前院長謝博生，他說，2003年「嚴重急性呼吸道症候群」（SARS）期間，謝博生對於台灣醫療教育提出很多意見，包括社區醫療、轉介體系等，真的是個有思想、願意推動改變的人，雖然他離開了，但他留下的遺願要由我們完成，打造一個以病人為中心的醫療體系，減少不必要醫療診斷與處理。

為了達到這項目標，台北市、新北市都在推動醫療體系整合，一開始雖然困難，卻是正確的事情，陳副總統說，就像衛生署過去把署立雲林醫院送給台大時，當地的若瑟醫院曾擔心飯碗不保，最後兩家醫院達到互補作用，雲林的醫療從此好轉，至今想起仍非常值得。

陳副總統指出，各級醫療院所整合，不僅可以打造一個以病人為中心的醫療體系，醫事人員也能有適當的休息和收入，這也是蔡英文總統很關心的重點。未來若能整合社區到醫院，將可因應高齡社會需要，也會是台灣人民的福氣，更會成為台灣其他國家學習的榜樣，就像健保一樣，好還要更好。（編輯：張芷瑄/梁君棣）1070321
